Designed for spreading all types of waste the MCB Products Manure Spreaders will enable you to re-cycle your waste into pasture.

The spreaders are fitted with a four chain floor drive system as used on the McIntosh forage wagons, these floor drives are well known for delivering years of trouble free operation.

This floor is driven by a hydraulic motor and gearbox drive.

Waste is retained by a steel rear door which is raised by hydraulics when ready for spreading.

Capacities are based on a level load but can be increased with a heaped load.

The spreaders have a low load over height for easy loading.

Close up of augers shows bolt on reversible tips. Augers are PTO driven through a drive line and features overload and over run protection.

Final reduction incorporates a heavy duty one piece gearbox.

On the rear of the machine are the two large diameter augers which do the actual spreading, these are designed to break up and lift at the same time, this gives a very wide and even spread.
