Rugged deck construction features 75 x 40mm rolled steel channel cross members at 400-475mm centres, with heavy wall RHS deck runners. Deck options are 40mm ship lapped pine or 5mm steel. Deck pivot is located close to the rear of the deck, this gives good clearance when tipping. The heavy wall RHS chassis provides un-equalled rigidity and strength, particularly in the high load pivot area. The high quality multi stage rams provide tipping angles of 58 degrees. All models are sand blasted and painted with our high quality two pack paint system. Axles are mounted close to the rear of the trailers, which gives a very stable base when the deck is raised for spreading. The 4.5 tonne trailer has a single axle, while the 7 tonne and above units feature our tandem walking beam suspension. All pivot points are fitted with grease nipples.
